Adore Themes provides Free and Premium WordPress Themes. Adore Themes have the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), which can be updated from time to time without notice, and you can review the most current version of T&C any time on this page.
Moreover, on purchasing a subscription to Adore Themes, or downloading and using one of our WordPress Themes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions described below.
Theme Updates
All our products are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, and respected platforms and ensure that you will use the most current version of our products.
Premium products updates are available only to active members within their date of subscription whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.
Browser Compatibility
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Products License
All our products are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use your purchased products on as many websites as you like.
Adore Themes provides a license key when you purchase WordPress themes or plugins from Adore Themes. You will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. Your product license validity remains active for one year. After one year your license will expire.
Warranty
All our products are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of respected platforms. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins or other things) or modify the files. Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third-party plugins have been installed.
Theme Subscription
All our premium themes come with an initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of the purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access.
Theme Support
Theme Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Theme Support is provided through e-mail. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions in one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
Theme Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and work with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.1 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our products is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0 (requirements). See http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
15 Days Refund Policy
Adore Themes is offers non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by a case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 15 days of the purchase order. First, Our sales and support team will try to solve your issues and if our support team will unable to fix your issues and you are not satisfied then we will refund the issue.
*Note: Since, the product has its own demo, documentation, and compare table, we strongly recommend you explore those resources before purchasing our product because we are not refunding if you do not like our product after purchase.

Refund can be given under the following conditions:
- If you find any bugs in our Themes. But first, our team will verify the bug.
- Your site crashes after activating the theme. But You have to let our team verify the issue on your site first.
- If our product is “not as described” and it is materially different from the item description or preview(demo) you will be entitled to a refund.

Refund cannot be given under the following conditions:
- If you bought the ‘wrong’ theme accidentally.
- You do not like the theme after the purchase.
- Simply because you modified your mind once the acquisition.
- Only the initial purchase is eligible for a refund; renewals and upgrades are not refundable.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the Theme.
- If you ne’er contacted our technical support team members to rectify any problems found in our Themes.
- Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins, your hosting/database, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
Price Changes
“Digital Products” reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
